Lego Announces New Wicked: For Good Sets Launching September 1

Wicked: For Good hits theaters on November 21, and folks eager for the magical journey to continue can look forward to a bunch of new Lego Wicked sets on September 1. Lego just announced seven new sets based on the new film, ranging from playsets based on memorable scenes and locations like Elphaba’s Retreat and Glinda’s Wedding Day, to ornate displays like the Emerald City Wall Art set.

The six new Lego Wicked sets are all available to preorder now. You can check them all out in the list below, along with links to preorder. The new products are bound to be popular, so consider preordering them if you’re interested. We’ve also included the four previously released Lego sets based on the first Wicked movie, in case you want to fill out your collection. And if you’re looking for even more new and upcoming Lego sets, be sure to check out our roundup of all the new Star Wars Lego sets dropping August 1, as well as the newly announced sets based on Stranger Things, Batman, and the Nintendo Game Boy that are available to preorder.

    $160 | Releases September 1

This massive 1,518-piece set lets you build a wall art display of the Emerald City as it appears in Wicked: For Good. The detailed set features several 3D elements, including two display sections to place the included Glinda and Elphaba minifigures. The set also includes additional minifigures of Dorothy, Toto, Scarecrow, Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion.

    $130 | Releases September 1

Whether you use them to organize books or Blu-rays, these two cool builds should make a colorful addition to any room. One is pink while the other is green, both featuring accessories like the Grimmerie, a Shiz University model, butterflies, and a green elixir bottle. You’ll get several minifigures, too–Glinda, Elphaba, Madame Morrible, Fiyero, and Pfannee. The build features several hidden compartments, allowing you to store tiny accessories or a handful of minifigures.

    $80 | Releases September 1

The Lego Emerald City & Kiamo Ko Castle play set lets you build miniaturized versions of Glinda’s room in the Emerald City and Elphaba’s personal chambers in Kiamo Ko Castle. The two buildings fold out to reveal multiple hidden compartments. The set also includes minifigures of Elphaba, Glinda, and a Flying Monkey, plus a handful of accessories.

    $70 | Releases September 1

Piece together your own blocky version of Munchkinland. The large set clocks in just under 750 pieces, making it one of the bigger playsets arriving on September 1. The blocky version of Munchkinland features an interactive mechanism that surrounds the included Glinda minifigure in a transparent bubble–just like in the movie. The building also includes interior details, such as a kitchen and bedroom.

    $28 | Releases September 1

The 228-piece Elphaba’s Retreat playset recreates a forest scene from the movies and includes minifigures for Elphaba and Fiyero, as well as accessories such as the Grimmerie, wild rabbits, carrots, and numerous books and potions. It’s also one of the more affordable products arriving on September 1.

    $40 | Releases September 1

This playset features some of the coolest visual elements from the Wicked: For Good wedding scene, including giant interactive butterflies that swivel to reveal the wedding scene, complete with an arched doorway, stone steps, animal figures, and two minifigures, including Glinda in her ornate wedding gown.

    $20 | Releases September 1

These adorable, ultra-blocky Brickheadz figures of Elphaba and Glinda come with their own accessories, including a tiara for Glinda and a hat and broomstick for Elphaba. You can even mix and match pieces if you want to build your own unique mash-up character.

    $84 (was $100)

Unlike the above sets, this one (and the three below) originally launched alongside the first movie and are already available. The Welcome to Emerald City Set is a large playset that includes five minidolls–Glinda, Elphaba, The Wizard, Madame Morrible, and Fiyero. The big draw, however, is the buildable tower, offering a variety of rooms to explore and accessories to interact with.

    $56 (was $70)

Build a small replica of the girls’ University dorm, complete with beds, dressers, mirrors, and other knick-knacks. Two minidolls for Elphaba and Glinda are also included. The whole playset folds closed for easy storage, morphing into Glinda’s lockable trunk (which makes for a cool piece of décor).

    $44 (was $55)

Not to be confused with the BrickHeadz Figures, these are more like traditional dolls. The two figures are highly posable and equipped with tons of accessories (such as brooms, crowns, and purses), giving you plenty of ways to change up their looks.

    $24 (was $30)

This set lets you build a small dollhouse and sailboat and includes minidolls for Glinda, Elphaba, and Nessarose. You’ll also get accessories like a wheelchair, book stand, and spellbook. The boat is also slightly interactive, with a sail that can be moved to simulate wind.
