A recent leak from Genshin Impact is hinting at a trio of new bosses coming to the game with the release of Nod-Krai in Version 6.0. The massively popular RPG from HoYoverse is gearing up for one of its biggest updates of the year, with the Version 6.0 patch set to launch in just a couple of weeks. Genshin Impact‘s Version 6.0 update will officially introduce the newest playable region to the RPG, with Nod-Krai serving as the first explorable segment of Snezhnaya. Now, some major new enemies are on the way with Nod-Krai.
Local Legends were first introduced with the launch of the Fontaine region as a brand-new class of enemy for players to challenge in Genshin Impact. Local Legends serve as some of the toughest enemies in the game, found as unmarked bosses throughout the overworld of Genshin Impact. Fontaine and Natlan have both featured several different Local Legend enemies for players to challenge, with Liyue even receiving its own Local Legend with the addition of Chenyu Vale. New information is now showcasing some of the first Local Legends to appear within Nod-Krai.
Genshin Impact Leak Reveals Nod-Krai Local Legend Bosses
A new leak shared on the Genshin Impact leaks subreddit is showing off both a new Local Legends menu and three different Nod-Krai Local Legend bosses. The leaked menu shows off three different Local Legends who will appear throughout Nod-Krai in Version 6.0, with Sigurd, the Crab Tsar, and Raskolnikov all able to be challenged. The video also drops some hints about their Elements and attacks, including Sigurd’s “Demonsbane Strike” attack, the Crab Tsar’s “Stoneborne Seeds” mechanic, and Raskolnikov utilizing Electro for his attacks. Nod-Krai and Version 6.0 are currently scheduled to launch on September 10.
The addition of a trio of Local Legends for Nod-Krai comes alongside a plethora of new content set to hit the game with its next regional debut. Version 6.0 will introduce three new playable characters to the game alongside Nod-Krai’s launch, with Lauma, Aino, and Flins all confirmed to become playable during the update. The story for Version 6.0 is also rumored to feature several other future Nod-Krai characters, including the long-awaited in-game debut of Fatui Harbinger Columbina.
Beyond the debut of its newest region, Genshin Impact looks to be making plenty of tweaks to the game outside its new locations and characters. HoYoverse is heavily rumored to be making some major changes to Genshin Impact‘s Battle Pass for Version 6.0, adding Local Specialties from Nod-Krai as one of the featured rewards. One of Genshin Impact‘s endgame challenges is also expected to see a nice upgrade, with the Imaginarium Theater said to be increasing its rewards to 1,000 Primogems per cycle. Genshin Impact fans won’t have to wait much longer to dive into Nod-Krai, with the region’s launch just over two weeks away.
