This weekend, all Fortnite players will be supercharged, giving them a chance to level up much faster. Fortnite has tweaked how leveling up the Battle Pass works a few times in the past, but the basic premise of XP has always more or less stayed the same. While the amount of XP to level up might’ve changed compared to Chapter 1, it has remained the same for the past couple of years. In order to increase their account level by one in Fortnite, players need to earn a total of 80,000 XP.
When there are active events or Weekly, Story, and Daily Bonus Goal Quests to complete, players can level up fairly quickly. However, once they’re done, the XP output will be greatly reduced, and players will have to resort to other game modes if they want to earn more XP in Fortnite. There are various ways to farm experience points in Fortnite. Players can play XP maps in Creative Mode, complete Save the World missions, or finish quests in other modes that they don’t usually play. But, at some point, it gets harder to level up due to XP daily caps and the number of available quests dwindling over time as players tick them off.
Fortnite to Host Supercharged XP Weekend
To promote the FNCS Global Championship, Fortnite is hosting a Supercharged XP weekend available for everyone, lasting until September 8 at 9 AM ET. This is to incentivize players to log in and tune into the FNCS livestream at Legend’s Landing, but even if gamers don’t want to do that, they can simply grind their favorite XP maps or play their favorite game modes to get an XP boost for any actions that they complete.
What’s unusual about this weekend is the fact that players are usually granted five levels worth of Supercharged XP. However, this weekend, they can earn up to 200 levels with Supercharged XP. This is enough for players to complete the Battle Pass and claim all of the Chapter 6 Season 4 Super Styles.
This is a great opportunity for players who still haven’t reached level 100 of the Chapter 6 Season 4 Battle Pass. Additionally, those who have finished it can also quickly get through the pages in the Bonus Rewards tab. While the Battle Pass is live until November 1, other passes become unavailable before then, so if gamers have the time, they should definitely take advantage of this weekend to make sure that they’re able to level up as much as possible and don’t have to worry about it later on.
