The developer Level-5 announced that Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time has reached another significant sales milestone, as the cozy role-playing game has sold over 1.2 million copies since its release on May 21. Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time is currently available on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

Level-5 also recently revealed that it will be releasing physical copies of Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time for Nintendo Switch 2 on August 7. As of writing, the physical copies of the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of the title will only be made available in Japan, which has disappointed some fans who live outside the country. While Level-5 hasn’t announced any plans to bring the physical version of the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition to other regions, some players are hopeful that it could happen at some point in the future. The title is already available digitally on the platform worldwide, and people who may have bought the original Nintendo Switch version have the option to purchase an upgrade to the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition.
