How to Fix the Connection Lost Generic Issue in Dune Awakening

The Connection Lost Generic issue occurs randomly while players are logged into their respective Sietches in Dune Awakening. After players are kicked out of the session, they’ll get stuck in a reconnecting loop when trying to get back in. This is a server-side error, and the developers have already acknowledged it over at the game’s official Discord. Since the issue is originating from the back-end, there isn’t a fix that you can use to solve this error on your device.

While there’s no fix for this issue yet, there surely is a temporary workaround to help solve the Connection Lost Generic network issue in Dune Awakening. Here’s what you need to do.

1. Open the Server selection screen from the title menu.
2. Log in to any other Sietch in your region, besides the one where you currently have your base and equipment set up.
3. Once you’re successfully logged into a Sietch, log back out to the title screen.
4. Now, attempt to log into your own Sietch and you’ll successfully join this time.
