Only Superman has the strength capable of holding an entire building, a gigantic one that’s held up with Superman’s own two hands, just a day after Kryptonite poisoning. This immense strength to literally stop the weight and speed of a building from falling shows just how incredible the Man of Steel is.

During the Kaiju’s rampage across Metropolis, a girl is innocently playing when the stomp of the Kaiju sends metallic canisters flying towards her. Faster than a speeding bullet, Superman rushes forward to protect the girl, holding her close to him as he takes the hit from the canisters. Superman’s fast reflexes and super speed allow him to make some great saves with immense urgency, and the little girl is just one of many, just like saving a squirrel and a dog, because all life is worthy of his powers.
