Every level in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 offers a series of collectibles to find and ten goals to complete. In addition to four score-related goals and the S-K-A-T-E goal for each level, every level also has goals that ask players to perform specific tricks in specific locations.

Where Is The Horn In Alcatraz?
To get to the foghorn, THPS 3+4 players should immediately turn left into the tunnel at the start of the Alcatraz level, then skate forward and to the left to enter the Parade Grounds. The Parade Grounds is the grassy area with the bulldozer in the middle of a series of grindable rails and short ramps opposite the cellblock entrance and lighthouse.
Skate to the back right of the Parade Grounds and you will see a large fog horn on the corner of the area. To complete the Nosegrind The Foghorn goal, THPS 3+4 players must perform a Nosegrind around the rail that surrounds this fog horn.

How To Nosegrind In THPS 3+4
To Nosegrind, THPS 3+4 players must hold down up and the grind input (↑+Y/△) as they land on a grindable surface. Unless you have changed your control scheme, your skater should perform a Nosegrind instead of a normal grind.
Putting it all together, skate to the back corner of the Alcatraz Parade Grounds, then gain some speed and jump onto the railing that circles around the foghorn. Perform a Nosegrind and hold it for the full duration – if you are successful, you will hear the fog horn blare. Land the trick to complete this goal!
