Out of all the pirates to sail the seas, these Roger Pirates are, undoubtedly, the most dangerous in One Piece. This doesn’t necessarily mean that they posed a threat to the civilians of the world. It is just that the Roger Pirates were that much of a threat to the World Government. While some say the Rocks Pirates will be the most dangerous, the fact is that the Rocks Pirates weren’t in their primes when they were under Rocks. At the same time, most fans don’t consider Oden in the equation when the Rocks Pirates Vs Roger Pirates comes up, simply because Oden joined after.

At their peak, the Roger Pirates had four Yonko-level fighters in one crew, those being Roger, Rayleigh, Gaban, and Oden. All four of these are monsters, and all of them wield Conqueror’s Haki as well, which is unheard of in the world of One Piece.

Truly, not even Rocks could’ve done what Roger did. The only crew that will surpass the Roger Pirates as the most dangerous in the world will be the Straw Hat Pirates.
