A creative Overwatch 2 fan shared a My Hero Academia skin concept for Doomfist. Overwatch 2‘s first crossover came in 2023 with the release of the One-Punch Man skins, and since then, Blizzard’s shooter has accumulated a significant list of collaborations with other IPs.
Among them are the My Hero Academia x Overwatch 2 skins that came out in October 2024. Part of the cosmetics were dedicated to the heroes, turning Reinhardt, Juno, and Tracer into All Might, Ochako Uraraka, and Deku/Izuku Midoriya. Meanwhile, Reaper and Kiriko represented the bad guys with skins based on Tomura Shigaraki and Himiko Toga. While the My Hero Academia skins became popular, they left players wondering what it would be like if other outfits based on the anime had been released. That is the case of an Overwatch 2 fan who decided to give Doomfist a new makeover.

An Overwatch 2 fan allegedly discovers all four Perks tied to the new support hero coming to the first-person shooter as a part of Season 18.
On the Overwatch 2 subreddit, user -Elixo- showed off their skin concept that transforms Doomfist into All For One. Doomfist appears wearing a black suit with a white shirt and a version of the villain’s mask resembling a skull, and with tubes around the neck. Instead of his cybernetic right arm, the Overwatch 2 tank has the same arm that All For One gains using the Hypertrophy Quirk, increasing the size of the arm and making it more powerful. The fingers of Doomfist’s left hand resemble All For One’s hands when he uses his Rivet Stab Quirk, turning his fingers into black tendrils with red lines.
Impressive Overwatch 2 Concept Turns Doomfist into the Villain All For One
Other Redditors reacted enthusiastically to the idea, praising the OP’s fan art and lamenting that Doomfist did not receive a skin inspired by All Might’s archenemy. Additionally, players talked about other My Hero Academia skin opportunities that Blizzard missed, such as Junkrat as Katsuki Bakugo and Sojourn as Mirko. Regarding the latter, it’s worth remembering that a previous Overwatch 2 fan art showed what this My Hero Academia cosmetic for Sojourn could have looked like.
Blizzard has not yet released a new wave of My Hero Academia skins, but an Overwatch 2 rumor suggests that players may see new skins based on Kohei Horikoshi’s manga at some point. The form also indicates potential collaborations with other big names, such as Devil May Cry, Call of Duty, and Elden Ring. It is worth noting that this information is speculation and may change at any time until official confirmation from the developers.
