Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Players Have Until August 22 to Redeem New Mystery Gift Code

During the 2025 Pokemon World Championships, the Mystery Gift Code for a special Farigiraf was revealed for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players to claim. However, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trainers have exactly one week from the announcement to add a Farigiraf based on one used by 2024 Pokemon World Champion Luca Ceribelli.

Known as the Long Neck Pokemon, Farigiraf first appeared in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet as an evolution of Girafarig. Like its previous evolution, Farigiraf’s name is a palindrome, with the letter G as the middle bridge. Farigiraf is a Normal and Psychic dual-type creature that has a longer neck than Girafarig, as the former’s two heads have fused into one. Farigiraf’s high HP and special attack stats, coupled with its move versatility, make it a strong pick in competitive formats. In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, Farigiraf evolves from Girafarig after leveling up once the move Twin Beam is learned as early as level 32.

After confirming that Farigiraf would be distributed to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players, The Pokemon Company revealed what trainers needed to do to claim it. As reported by Serebii.net, a Farigiraf inspired by the one used by the 2024 Pokemon World Masters Division Champion Luca Ceribelli is now available for all Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trainers to claim. The Mystery Gift code for this special Farigiraf is W0RLDSARM0RTA1L, where the letters O and I are replaced by the numbers 0 and 1. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players have until Friday, August 22, at 7:59 PM Eastern to claim Luca’s Farigiraf.

The Long Neck Pokemon comes with an Electric Seed, has Armor Tail as its ability, and the moves Psychic Noise, Foul Play, Trick Room, and Helping Hand. While Farigiraf will come in a Cherish Ball, it will not be a Shiny variant, as Luca Ceribelli’s Farigiraf had its standard coloration. After connecting to the Internet, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players can then select Poke Portal from the Options menu, scroll down to Mystery Gift, and then select Get With Code/Password. A Nintendo Switch Online subscription is not required to redeem Mystery Gift codes.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trainers can also use Mystery Gift codes on other items, like version-exclusive Rotom Phone Covers and Tracksuits, along with evolution stones and vitamins. The Farigiraf distribution event runs parallel to the ongoing Shiny Treasures of Ruin Tera Raid campaign, as Pokemon trainers have until September 30 to add a Shiny Wo-Chien to their collections.
