To unlock Maleficent in Disney Dreamlight Valley, complete The Unwritten Realms: Maleficent’s Demise quest. This is the final quest in which players try to help the villainess escape the realm and return to Storybook Vale. As you finished two previous puzzles and obtained two anchor moments, there is still one more you must tackle.
Head to the upper floor and try to summon a portal only to fail. Speak with the nearby Quill, who states that you need to figure things out or fill out a 100-page-long form. Using the Fishing Rod, fish out the portal from the nearby pool and enter it to solve the final puzzle before unlocking Maleficent in DDV.
How To Clear The Brave Knight’s Path In DDV – Disney Dreamlight Valley
To clear the brave knight’s path to face the dragon’s wrath in Disney Dreamlight Valley, dreamers must remove the weapon racks from the knight’s path to be able to push the statue forward. In the first room, stand on the left side of the knight and push the two weapon racks to free the path to the next room.
In the second room, go to the knight’s right side and push the small rack and then stand next to the statue and push the other small weapon rack down. The final two long racks can be pushed from the left side to open the knight’s path.
Once dreamers reach the third and final room, the first thing they need to do is push all three small racks on the right side up next to the statue. Next, go to the left side and push the remaining two weapon racks to allow the knight to pass.
Proceed forward and grab Maleficent’s third anchor moment and then head outside. On the way out, a Quill relays a message from The Lorekeeper saying to not stop Maleficent’s erasure process as she’s causing the sickness in the vale. Return to the evil queen and hand over the anchor moment to free her from The Unwritten Realms.
Back at the Library of Lore, talk with The Lorekeeper and then find Maleficent to welcome her as a villager in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Speak with her one last time to trigger The Missing Princess quest and start searching for Aurora.
