Aisa is a young Shandian girl who befriends the crew while they explore Sky Island. It’s with her help that the Straw Hats are able to navigate the clouds and understand the island’s civil war.

Although she didn’t do much during the Skypeia arc, she represents the unity between sky people and the future of the island as she’s the only Shandian naturally born with Mantra (observation Haki). She’s also the reason the Straw Hats have a wave rider in the form of the Going Merry II.
