The update will also feature the next chapter of the game’s “Trailblaze Mission,” a new location coming to Star Rail, and re-runs of both Kafka and Silver Wolf throughout the patch. Honkai: Star Rail is now giving a rundown of a plethora of quality-of-life changes coming during Version 3.5.
Honkai: Star Rail officially revealed the lineup of quality-of-life changes coming to the game with the game’s newest “Update Radio” post. Star Rail‘s newest patch will add a new system allowing players to toggle the voice lines for Saber and Archer to use the original Japanese audio at all times. The update will add several other smaller fixes, including merging Wishful Resin into Self-Modeling Resin, adding a “Smart Equip” function for Relics, and protection limits for buying Light Cones. Storage space will also see a notable change, with players able to delete older, completed Honkai: Star Rail quests to free up space on their devices.
Honkai: Star Rail Details Version 3.5 Quality-of-Life Updates
- Adds the ability to toggle Archer and Saber to use voicelines from Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works
- Wishful Resin will be merged with Self-Modeling Resin, with the latter now able to customize both Main Stats and Sub-Stats
- Players can now change individual Relics when using the “Smart Equip” system to equip a character’s Relics
- Adds a limit to the number of Light Cones a player can exchange at one time, to prevent over-exchanging for Light Cones.
- The PC version now allows players to delete resources used for completed missions, while the mobile version will automatically exclude data for completed missions.
The changes coming to Honkai: Star Rail offer a wide range of helpful fixes for the game’s playerbase. Combining Wishful and Self-Modeling Resin will simplify the process of crafting Honkai: Star Rail Relics, with players even able to get recommendations on Relic stats based on a character. With a wide array of changes on the way, players won’t have to wait much longer to dive into Version 3.5. Honkai: Star Rail‘s next patch is scheduled to officially launch next week, with the update adding a brand-new farming and cooking event with “Chrysos Maze Grand Restaurant.” HoYoverse has also begun to tease Honkai: Star Rail‘s next endgame game mode, with “Anomaly Arbitration” launching as a unique three-team combat challenge in Version 3.6.
