Many fans see this as good news because they believe female cop spawns in the game’s Florida-inspired world could enhance immersion and create interesting interactions.
As for why GTA has long avoided adding female cops, several prominent theories exist. One suggests the developer limited cop NPC design to males to reduce costs. A more likely theory is that the game avoided female cops to steer clear of controversy. As players know, GTA is a franchise that depicts brutality against police.
