The easiest way to get a fire truck is by using your phone. Open it up, scroll to Contacts, and call 911. You will see a menu asking which service you need. Pick the Fire Department.
After a moment, a fire truck will drive over to your location. You need to be quick, though, because the firefighters won’t be too happy about you stealing their ride. And yes, if you have a high wanted level, they might not send a truck at all.
Start a Fire to Lure a Fire Truck
Another easy way is to simply start a fire. For this purpose, you can throw a Molotov. Once you do, the fire department will soon come to put it out. When they arrive, all you have to do is steal their truck and drive off.

From what we have seen, Fort Zancudo has the most fire trucks, but stealing one there is risky because it’s inside the military base. If you check a station and don’t see a fire truck, you can drive away for a bit and come back later. It will likely spawn there.
If you manage to steal a fire truck, chances are the police will come after you. But don’t worry, because it’s quite easy to lose them. Players can use the cheat code LAWYERUP to drop their wanted level by one star, or just find a tunnel or hidden spot and wait it out until they give up.
